A resident of the Denver area since 1952, Larry
has been a Realtor® since 1979, after 12 years working in various
governmental agencies. Growing up in Denver has given Larry a
unique understanding of the culture, diversity and changes that
make Denver what it is today.
In addition to being a career Realtor®, Larry owned his first
brokerage in 1986, managed a large corporate real estate office in
Cherry Creek, and is now the Principal Broker for The Berkshire
Group, Realtors®. He has served as President of the Aurora Board
of Realtors, Chairman of Metrolist, Inc., and is past President of
Colorado CRS Chapter #1. Additionally, Larry fulfilled an
appointment by the Governor of Colorado to Colorado’s Housing
Policy Task Force, and has chaired and served on state, local, and
national committees in the real estate industry.
Larry’s specialization is relocation services, which he first
trained for in 1982. Since then, Larry has helped over 500
families make Denver their home. As Principal Broker of the
Berkshire Group, Realtors®, Larry leads an exceptional group of
professionals in delivering superior real estate brokerage
services to a broad client base.
Larry resides in Douglas County with his wife, Kristal, and is the
father of two sons and five stepchildren. Larry relaxes by playing
golf and participating in long distance bicycle events.
